Product description:

LOCTITE 8035 is a water-miscible biocidal coolant for steel and cast iron machining. Aluminum and non-ferrous metals can also be co-machined on machines. LOCTITE 8035 provides high resistance to the action of microorganisms, bacteria and fungi. The product has excellent cooling and lubricating properties, is characterized by good washing properties, low degree of elevation and minimal foaming. LOCTITE 8035 extends tool life due to extremely effective lubricating properties.

Application instructions:

1. LOCTITE 8035 is used in automatic machining centers. 
2. Apply a concentration of 5 to 8% to flood the system. 
3. To obtain coolant, pour LOCTITE 8035 into the water. 
4. The product will be mixed by circulating pumps, mixed using mechanical pumps. 
5. Use a concentration of 0.5 to 1.5% for refills. 
6. The refractometer should be used for concentration control.

Storage:

While there are no other indications on the product label, an ideal way of storing it will be to keep it in closed containers in a cool and dry room. 
Optimal storage temperature: + 8 ° C to + 21 ° C. 
Storage at temperatures below + 8 ° C or above + 28 ° C may irreversibly change product properties. 
The remaining material should not be placed back in its original container, as the product could be contaminated.
