The Loctite 8103 product is a universal mineral grease containing MoS2 designed for moving parts at high loads and speeds.
Application For
use on high stress joints, sliding and rolling bearings, keyways and socket connectors and guides subjected to vibrations and heavy loads. This lubricant reduces wear and protects the surfaces of devices operating under vibration conditions, frequent stops / starts and overloads. It is used for devices used in crushing, steel works, transport and agricultural industry.
Application instructions
Apply grease to clean parts wherever possible, like conventional lubricants, i.e. a brush, spatula or lubricator. It can also be used in automatic lubrication systems. You can use Loctite 7063 or 7070 remover to remove grease residue. When lubricating bearings, the manufacturer's instructions (quantity, frequency, etc.) should be followed. Avoid excessive lubrication. Residues of other lubricants may turn out to be incompatible with Loctite 8103.
